We process uploaded pet and person photos, generated portraits, chosen styles and names, contact messages, email addresses, order details, and shipping details when relevant. Payment status and transaction identifiers come from Stripe; full card numbers and card security codes are handled by Stripe.

We use a session cookie and browser storage to associate your portraits, cart and orders with your browser. Our systems process technical information such as request logs and a hashed IP-derived identifier to limit abuse. Optional analytics and advertising tools are enabled only when you choose them in Cookie settings.

We use this information to generate previews, fulfill orders, provide download access, answer support requests, prevent fraud and maintain transaction records. Where relevant privacy law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on performing a contract or steps you request before a contract, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and legal obligations for business records. Optional tracking relies on your choice and, where required, consent.

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the store and fulfill your order. Replicate and the selected AI model provider, which may include OpenAI or Black Forest Labs, process photos to create portraits. Supabase provides database and file storage, Vercel hosts the website, and Stripe processes payments. For physical orders, print fulfillment and delivery providers receive the artwork, recipient details and delivery address needed to produce and ship your purchase.

We do not use your photos in public marketing without separate permission, and we do not train our own AI models on them. Processing by external providers is governed by their applicable service terms and privacy practices. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for your portrait.

If you enable analytics, Google Analytics may receive usage events and browser information. If you enable marketing, Meta Pixel may receive browser and interaction information for advertising measurement. These providers may link data to other information they hold under their own policies.

You can reject these optional tools or change your choices through Cookie settings. Where applicable, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal disables optional tracking. We do not sell uploaded portraits or photos. Optional advertising disclosures may count as sharing under some privacy laws; refusing marketing tracking prevents that optional disclosure through our pixel.

Photos and generated files are stored to provide previews, order access and support. They are not automatically deleted immediately after generation or delivery. You can request deletion using the contact details below; we may need to retain transaction records or limited information for legal obligations, fraud prevention and disputes. We will explain any applicable retention exception.

We restrict access to private portrait files and use expiring file links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your browser session and download links private. A deletion request may make a portrait unavailable for future download.

We are a US business and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data-protection rules may differ from those where you live. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and the services involved; contact us for information about a particular processing activity.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restrictions on the use of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw optional consent. Contact us with the relevant order or email details; we may verify your identity before acting. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority where applicable. We will not deny statutory rights because you exercise a privacy choice. Requests concerning a child should come from their parent or guardian.

The service is intended for adult purchasers. Photos of children may be submitted only with appropriate parent or guardian permission. Contact us if you believe information was submitted without authorization.
